HOW DO I BOOK A CLASS?

WHEN DO CLASSES OPEN FOR BOOKING?

Classes are open for booking each day, 7 days in advance.

Membership holder? Enjoy the perk of two-week advanced booking!

HOW DO I CANCEL A CLASS?

You can cancel your class by logging into your account online, or through our app. We have a 12 hour cancellation window. All reservations must be cancelled at least 12 hours before class start, otherwise your pass will be lost. Unlimited membership holders are subject to a $20.00 charge for any no-shows.

HOW DOES THE WAITLIST WORK?

Full House? Add yourself to the waitlist. Here’s how our waitlist works: As spots open up, we will automatically add you into the class, and you can cancel your reservation up to 12 hours before the start of class. Be sure to cancel your waitlist spot if you no longer wish to attend. You can be added into a class up to 1 hour before class start.

If the class remains full, your series will go back onto your account and you will not be charged.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR CLASS?

We recommend arriving to the studio at least 10 minutes before class start. This will give you time to get checked in, and set up any equipment needed for the upcoming class.

If you’re not signed in at least 3 minutes before class start, your spot may be given to a student from the waitlist waiting to enter class. Be sure to arrive on time and check in to avoid losing your spot!

WHAT IF I’M LATE?

We know life can get in the way and sometimes things come up we can’t control. We’re happy to bring you into class no more than 3 minutes after start-time, as long as you’ve given us a call and it is not your first time in the studio. We do lock the front doors once classes start, so be sure to give us a call if you’re going to be late! Otherwise we cannot guarantee entry into your class.

All first-time guests are required to arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts in order to get set up properly.

ARE YOUR CLASSES OPEN TO BEGINNERS?

All COMMUNITY classes are suitable for all fitness and skill levels. If it is your first time, just let your coach know (they will be sure to help you out). Our coaches are available after class to answer any questions you may have.

WHAT TYPES OF PACKAGES CAN I PURCHASE?

You can choose to purchase monthly auto-renew memberships for a set number of classes per month, or class series packages for 5, 10 or 20 classes. The more you buy, the more you save.

DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE CLASSES?

In short.. YES! Birthday, team building, staff outing, bachelor or bachelorette, or any made up reason to celebrate! We would love to host you and your crew for a private class.

DO YOU OFFER CORPORATE RATES?

A team that sweats together, thrives together! We love to support businesses in creating a fitness plan for staff that supports your health and wellness initiatives. Our corporate breakdown is as follows:

  • 3 or more staff from a single business enrolled on an auto-renew membership receive 15% off their membership

  • 5 or more staff from a single business enrolled on an auto-renew membership receive 20% off their membership

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

Parking downtown? It’s easier than you think (we swear)! After 5:30pm all street parking is FREE. Give yourself a little extra time to find a spot (we find if you go west of our building there are a few more open spots!) Parking is also FREE before 8am on weekdays (however DO NOT park on Main Street after 7am). Working out on the weekend?

Parking is also FREE for two hours on Saturday and FREE all day Sunday, boom! If you have to park a block or two away consider the walk from your car a little pre-warm up. Click here for a map of parking options around the studio!

DO YOU HAVE CHANGE ROOMS & SHOWERS?

COMMUNITY is equipped with spacious change rooms, each fully equipped with lockers, showers, towels, hair dryers, and an extensive collection of Lululemon personal hygiene products.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO CLASS?

Be sure to wear breathable athletic clothing and comfortable socks and shoes, and don’t forget your reusable water bottle. If you’re taking a CRUSH class, reusable hand wraps are required and are available for purchase at the front desk. Other than that, we’ve got you covered.
