We are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. We embrace and celebrate diversity in all its forms. We believe that fitness is for every body, regardless of age, gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, ability, or body type.
We strive to offer a wide variety of classes and services that cater to diverse needs and interests. Our instructors are trained to provide modifications and alternatives to ensure that everyone can participate and achieve their fitness goals. We also prioritize the safety and comfort of our clients, and we welcome feedback on how we can improve our services to better serve the diverse needs of our community.
We believe that by embracing inclusivity and diversity, we can create a positive and empowering fitness environment that fosters personal growth, community, and well-being.
Please carefully read the following terms and conditions before using our services.
Membership Terms
All new auto-renew memberships are a minimum 4 month commitment.
Membership fees are non-refundable. If a membership cannot be used prior to the end of the initial 4-month enrolment period, it can be transferred to another customer.
After 4 months, auto-renew memberships can be cancelled by giving us 14 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
Memberships will automatically renew at the end of the selected period unless cancelled by the member.
All members must be at least 18 years old to sign up for a membership.
f. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any membership at any time.
Use of Facilities
a. Members and their guests must follow all studio rules and regulations.
b. Members and their guests must wear appropriate attire while using the facilities.
c. Members and their guests must not engage in any inappropriate or disrespectful behavior while using the facilities.
d. The studio reserves the right to deny access or service to any member or guest who violates the rules and regulations.
Payment Terms
a. All fees must be paid in full before services are rendered.
b. Payments are accepted through credit or debit cards.
c. We reserve the right to change the fees for our services at any time
Liability
a. Members and their guests assume all risks of injury, damage or loss while using the facilities.
b. We are not liable for any injury, damage or loss that occurs while using our facilities or services.
c. Members and their guests are responsible for their own health and fitness levels and should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.
d. Members and their guests agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or damages arising from their use of our facilities or services.
e. We are not liable for loss of personal property within any portion of the studio.
Termination
a. We reserve the right to terminate a membership at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of our rules and regulations or failure to pay fees.
b. Members who violate our rules and regulations or fail to pay fees may be subject to legal action.
Privacy Policy
a. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our members and their personal information.
b. We will not disclose any personal information about our members to third parties without their consent, unless required by law.
Media Release
As part of our ongoing efforts to engage with our audience and showcase our brand, The Community Gym utilizes photography and video as a powerful tool for our social media and marketing efforts.
Our photography is carefully curated to reflect the essence of our brand and the values that we uphold. We use a combination of in-house and commissioned photographers to capture images that showcase our products, services, and brand personality in the best light possible.
By purchasing our services you agree to the potential use of your image in social media and marketing campaigns. We understand the importance of respecting the privacy of our clients. Should you wish to NOT be present in photos for the purpose of our marketing efforts, please contact us info@thecommunitygym.ca.
