We’re really glad you’re here. If you’re scrolling this page it means you’re either already booked for a class, or you’re at least thinking about it. Either way, we’re pumped to meet you!
A first workout in a new space can be intimidating, we get it. So we wanna make sure we let you in on the details of everything you need from A to Z to make sure you’re set to crush it.
1. Sign Up
Head on over to our login page to create your account. And did you know we have an app? It’s the easiest way to see our schedule, grab an intro pass, and book yourself into a class!
2. Show Up
If it’s your first time, make sure you arrive at least 15 minutes early. We’ll have a lot to show you and want to make sure you’re 100% ready to go before the class starts. Our coaches will give you the run down, show you around, and get you set for success.
3. Leave The Rest To Us
Every workout is designed with beginners in mind. We pride ourselves on creating workouts that are accessible, inclusive, and challenge to ALL fitness levels.
