MINIMUM 4 MONTH COMMITMENT
All auto-renew memberships have a minimum 4 month commitment. After 4 months, the contract turns to a month-to-month membership which can be cancelled at any time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations require 2-weeks written notice, prior to the date of your next billing cycle. Email info@thecommunitygym.ca to schedule the non-renewal of your membership contract.
Once your membership has been cancelled, you are no longer eligible for future discounts on memberships.
MEMBERSHIP PAUSES
You can freeze your membership at anytime for up to one month for free. After which point there is a $20.00 administrative fee for each month that your membership remains on pause.
CREDIT CARD POLICY
A valid credit card must remain on file for the duration of your membership contract.
Refund policy
We do not offer refunds on any class packages or memberships purchased. No exceptions. If you cannot make use of your membership, we allow a buy-out of the remaining term of your membership to a Studio Account balance. Class passes are not transferable in any circumstance and can’t be refunded to an Account Balance after use.
We do not return any transactions to form of payment, any refund issued will be in form of a Studio Account Balance.
Studio Account Balances do not expire.
