ARRIVE ON TIME
Late arrivals are distracting to both the coach and participants trying to get in the zone. We also cannot ensure you are properly prepared for the class if you’ve missed any explanations, demonstrations, or help with proper weight selection, all of which are safety concerns. We do not permit any late entries to classes. Please do your best to arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can ensure you're fully prepared to get the most out of your short and sweaty time with us!
If you know you are going to be late please give us a call!!!
CHECK YOURSELF IN
Make sure you say HI to our desk staff upon entry to the studio and sign yourself in on the self sign-in app on the studio iPad. If you’re not sure if we got you… double check with us before you leave! A missed check-in may result in a false no-show charge, and honestly no one likes those.
WAITLIST POLICY
If you are enrolled on the waitlist you can be added to the class up to 1 hour before class start. Be sure to check your email regularly so you don’t miss any notifications. (and make sure we aren’t going to your junk mail!).
If you are not signed in to the class at least 3 minutes before class start, your spot can be given to a waitlisted student waiting to join. You may not know the class you are in is waitlisted, so another gentle nudge on the importance of arriving on time!
12 HOUR CANCELLATION WINDOW
Second guessing that class you signed up for? We get it, life can be busy! We ask that you please remove yourself at least 12 hours in advance. Any cancellations within 12 hours before class start time are considered a no-show. This means you may lose your class pass, or be charged $20.00 if you are an unlimited pass holder. If you are attending a free class (regardless of membership) and cancel within in 12 hours, you will be charged a no show fee.
KEEP IT FRESH, NOT FUNKY
Please respect your fellow Community members by being mindful of your scent. Regular washed workout clothes between sessions and a little spritz of deodorant are greatly appreciated by the person sweating next to you, trust us. And just in case you forgot, we’ve always got deodorant on hand in the washrooms.
NO PHONES IN THE STUDIO
Take your 45 minute class with us as an opportunity to disconnect from the outside to reconnect with yourself. Please leave your phone in your locker. If you need to be reached in case of an emergency, let our Sweat Exchange team know and they can assist you.
A CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED ON FILE FOR ANY UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP SERIES
For all auto-renew membership, one-time unlimited memberships (1 or 3 month), and intro unlimited passes, we require a credit card on file in order for your pass to remain active.
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE
We do not offer refunds on any class packages or memberships purchased, this includes any items left in a cart. Please check your cart prior to completing your purchase. Any refunds will be placed into a Studio Account balance. Your Studio Account balance never expires and can be used toward future pass purchases, or Community merch (which we might be biased, but think is pretty darn cool!).
